American Neuromuscular Foundation Launches “Why Behind Your Weakness” Campaign to Raise Awareness of Late-Onset Neuromuscular Diseases

A new awareness campaign from the American Neuromuscular Foundation (ANF) is working to help patients and clinicians look beyond unexplained muscle weakness and consider whether it could sign of neuromuscular disease. The ANF's Late-Onset Neuromuscular Disease Consortium has launched “Why Behind Your Weakness,” a campaign designed to raise awareness of late-onset neuromuscular diseases and support earlier recognition, referral, and diagnosis.
