Application Process and Deadlines

The application process begins with a required Letter of Intent (LOI). The ANF Research Committee reviews all LOIs and invites selected applicants to submit a full application.
  1. January 10 - Letter of Intent (LOI) due. Applicants should review the LOI Guidelines for details before submitting via the link below.
  2. Late January - Email notifications are sent to selected applicants invited to submit a full application.
  3. February 28 - Full applications due for invited applicants. Applicants should review the Full Application Guidelines for details.
  4. April 5 - Award notifications are sent via email. Contracting to follow.
  5. July - Funding begins.
